Massachusetts isn't as blue as you think! In fact, the state looks pretty RED.
Every state in the nation moved to the right. New York and New Jersey led the way. Then came Florida, California, and Massachusetts (with an 8.3 percentage point shift).
We won the presidency, the majority in the House and Senate, and the popular vote nationwide!
Republicans take note. Let’s run legislative candidates in the red areas of Massachusetts where we have a large concentration of Trump Republican voters. Every red area should yield a candidate on the ballot.
The light blue areas will be more difficult than the red areas. Running candidates in deep blue areas will be like hitting your head against the wall.
Focus time, donations, volunteers, and resources on the areas more amenable to candidates’ success. And, start by running candidates for local boards and committees. Then, run candidates for higher positions, after they learn the ropes and have more connections and name recognition.
Prepare, starting NOW, for the next election. Let’s fill our Massachusetts House and Senate and local municipalities with more quality Republican candidates who will best serve the people of Massachusetts!
